hiya, my name is sarah, ex athlete, sadly have 3 stone to lose, have not looked after myself whilst working i healthcare and i now have had my bloods done and am possibly type 2 or pre type 2, anyone the same. i have to change my whole diet and dont know what i can eat.
i have cancelled my gym as i hate it, and the cost is too much, i have a skipping rope and medicine ball, a step and bike, i would be open to some workout ideas for burning my stomach off and helping me get started

Hi Swadley, I'm in America, so not sure what "stone" means. Im attempting to get rid of my last 20 lbs (9.1 kilograms) **just found this section of the app.
I found that for ME, after going gluten free helped alot, with both my health & weight so far. I know I didn't gain it overnight, so I'm thinkin, it might take me 6months to slowly do things correctly. I dont wanna gain it back again, ya know. LMAO.
Well if ya need a MFP buddy, I'm around, once I figure this app out completely. LoL, LadyA0
