And I’m back again

Well I’m back again! I need to loose 3stone to hit my goal weight but the last like 2months I’ve let myself down I stopped exercising in the evening and had desserts on Friday-Sunday, but I’m just stuck on the same weight I need to start logging my food again and getting myself motivated to work out in the evenings and with this hot weather coming I want to wear nice clothes and not hide my body! Why does my brain feel all foggy 😔 anyone else feel the same?
