2x a day 3x a week.

Just Started a new routine to hit the gym more but free up some days a week. 2x a day 3x a week. Obviously running a push, pull, leg splits with accessory work. Anyone try this yet? Any thoughts? Tips?

    Just asking for nothing more than my inquisitive nature:

    Why are you doing this?

    What were you doing before?

    What are your training goals and have you had any success towards them since using this new schedule?

    How are you breaking up your days and each workout for that day so that it's not clashing with your other days?
