Hi, just joined MFP after finding out 10 years pre-diabetic I just diagnosed as type 1. So trying to find my way..

    Welcome to MyFitnessPal. I can only imagine how overwhelming a type 1 diagnosis might be. There are some Diabetes groups here that you might want to check out for support.
