Hey! I have been using the MFP for months now. This is my first time checking out the community part of the app. It seems a little confusing. I have been able to lose apx 43 pounds. I can't seem to break under 140. My goal is 130. I have seriously be hovering around this weight for 4 months. I don't research on how to break it but to no avail. Please can yall help a girl out? TIA
