Mfp won't connect to Garmin connect app

When I go to connections on mfp and click on Garmin connect it takes me to the Garmin connect web page. Up until a few days ago it took me to the app. On the mfp webpage it won't connect to Garmin connect. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all programs and still nothing.

Can anyone help? I've paid for the premium mfp subscription and it feels like a waste of time if I can't get them to connect
