Vegan key lime pie smoothie
This is my favorite smoothie right now
Ingredients
•2 tbsp key lime juice (about 4 limes)
•1 tsp key lime zest (about 2 limes)
•1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
•1 ripe frozen banana
•¼ tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
•1/4 cup stevia in the raw or liquid sweetener
•1 tbsp almond butter
•2 cups organic baby spinach
•4 ice cubes
Instructions
Place in your blender in the order of the ingredients listed, then blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.

I just quickly used MFP to calculate the nutrients and, using unsweetened almond milk, it's about 251 per serving with 10.3 grams (.6 sat), 226.7 mg sodium, 32 grams carbs, 7.1 grams fiber, 13.6 grams sugar, 7.5 grams of protein - Depending on what ingredients you use, like type of milk, the nutrition facts could change.
This seems like it'd be the perfect pre (or post!) workout smoothie. It sounds delicious!0 -
