Low calorie and filling foods??

Hi So i need some low calorie foods/recipes that are filling (and quick and easy to make) cause i've been getting very hungry and already out of how much calories i can eat for the day. i also tend to save most my calories till around dinner/desert. is that healthy enough or will that be bad for my metabolism?

Doesn't matter when you eat your calories, it's personal preference.
If you want food advice, you should change your food-diary privacy to open.
Low calorie foods that are filling...
Grilled chicken
Lean beef.
Salad
Vegetables
Greek yogurt0 -
Get a good mix of fiber and protein. Salad w/ grilled chicken, blt on whole wheat, tuna sandwich on ww with lettuce tomato onion, veggies with hummus, veggies with peanut butter, soft taco with chicken, lettuce, tomato and avocado, greek yogurt with granola and blueberries, etc... sometimes I just grab a can of tuna, some whole wheat melba toast and an Apple or some carrots.
