Hello I'm Danny, please add me as a friend and what not and let me in on some tips to gain muscle..not really sure on what to eat

What to eat? Eat nutritiously, using foods you personally enjoy eating. Your MFP food log is a good tool to help you tune in good nutrition.
Protein is especially important, but not the only important thing. You can get a research-based protein-needs estimate here:

You also need enough fats, and plenty of nice, varied, colorful veggies/fruits for micronutrients and fiber.
Perhaps most important of all, you need a good strength training program that's in line with your specific goals. If you don't already have one, there's a discussion here:

(Despite the title, it does include some bodyweight programs, for folks without gym/equipment access.)
