Syntha-6 protein powder??

I just bought syntha-6 (cookies n cream) :tongue: and i'm wondering what the best time of day to take it is. I'm a 19 year old girl, 5'4 145 pounds & my main goal is to lose about 15 pounds. I'm starting my 2nd week of the Insanity workouts tomorrow, so would it be good to have a scoop of Syntha-6 right after i'm done with the workout?? or before?
I'm only doing insanity- no other types of excersise. so with the synth-6 protein powder, beachbody Shakeology as a meal replacement everyday, + a balanced healthy diet, do you think this is a good way to lose fat and get more toned?

    Generally protein shakes are good to take within 30 minutes of finishing your workout. The rest is hard to know without seeing a diary, but with so little to lose, I would ditch the beachbody, find your TDEE, and eat that -10%. Keep your protein high (1g per pound lean mass) to maintain muscle.
