Stop Over / stop guilt

Hi everyone, I had binge eating disorders during years (20 years). Almost free now! After a lot of work on me of course ++
But 1 month after my 3rd pregnancy (14kg during this pregnancy because of hypothyroidism), I would like to loose some weight and I am afraid. I know I need some support in order not to feel guilty about food and to do my best without judging me.
My weaknesses are guilt, lack of self-confidence and over-adaptation to the world around me (even if it is really better than before but not enough I think)
I share this message like a promise I make to myself..

Guilt is a 'yucky' feeling and totally unproductive where weight loss is concerned, so I wish you lots of success in letting go of it and finding some self confidence!1
