New to data sharing

I am hoping to gain insight and motivation everywhere. I have neglected my fitness over the last few years. I plan to get back in great shape, working with a trainer whose program has me inputting and everything I eat, using activity data and sports info watch data… I’d love to learn from you all. -Bill

    I log all of my food the night before. It's helped me better game plan my day

    I log all my food, plan ahead what I will eat and exercise daily even if it's just a walk every bit helps.
