net calories- report...

Hello. Can someone please explain those net calories/chart to me? I just wanted to see some of the reports here online and all good, but I'm a bit confused. I don't really get it if I eat too little or what?

You are supposed to eat up to that red line at around 1550 so yes, you're under-eating by a lot. The "Goal" is the amount to eat.1

Ok thank you for answering /links ... I do feel kinda hungry most of the time, I really watch and track my calories... And I'm very active indeed (I do at least 20 km daily- most of the days around 24, also other exercise and cardio around 4 times per week).0

If you have logged everything and that chart shows what you have eaten for the week then you are eating FAR too little
Net calories - means you eat back your exercise calories.
so, simplistic example - I did x exercise and burned 100 calories - I eat an extra 100 calories that day1
