Does anyone else feel like their eating loads just to meet their calories when eating clean and healthy

    I don't subscribe to clean or healthy so I have no problems reaching my goals. 🤷‍♀️

    Does anyone else feel like their eating loads just to meet their calories when eating clean and healthy

    I find that I cannot eat enough to meet my calorie count for the day. And it gets worse once the exercise calories earned are added in. My hubby is diabetic and most of our food is low carb so that saves alot of calories. We have found low carb count bread and buns so we're eating those. I eat until I'm full and even have the occassional glass of wine after dinner with friends. I'm not limiting my food....just not eating when not hunger. I usually end up with a calorie load of 2,000 per day but sometimes can't even hit 1,300. Most times I'm 400/500 under. I refuse to eat till I'm stuffed to the gills. That got me into this situation. So no I don't/won't eat just to meet my calories.
