I'm gaining weight so, I'm back

Several years ago, I used MFP to lose 60 lbs. and have been keeping it off for the last seven years for the most part.
I am a mental health patient and the medications that I take are notorious for causing massive weight gain. Recently I have had some medication changes and sure enough, I've experienced some weight gain.
I need to lose about 7 lbs. or more. That might be easier said than done on these meds. But I am confident that I can do it using MFP's food logging like I did before.

You can totally do this! To start with, you're in the right place! 7 lbs. is tough, any weight to lose takes hard work. Stay consistant with your efforts and you'll get to your goal for sure!0
