I am finally down below 180 and by the grace of God I will never get up above that again. 15 lb to go to my goal though I do need to double check with my doctor and dietitian to see if they think it's a reasonable and good goal for me.

Good for you! If you truly want to stay below 180, it's a matter of maintaining the habits you created to get below 180. That's why we're always talking about sustainable lifestyle changes for weight loss... and maintaining a lower weight can be much more challenging than losing the weight was, because there is no "reward" like you get by seeing the scale go down. But if you continue sustaining those habits you've built, then you're all set to keep it off!1
