I made energy bites last night, and want to log the calories and get the macros/nutrients right. How do I get the calories for the entire recipe in, and divide it by the portions I got from it?
There are several entries for this particular recipe, but they vary wildly. The one I decided was close enough showed up with almost no carbs, which is off.

Food- recipes - enter recipe now
App- add to diary - snacks or whatever- recipes- create new recipe
It will ask for name, # of servings, add ingredients0 -
Either you can create it....or you can log each ingredient separately that made up your dish. The database is pretty awesome the majority of foods are on there. Good luck.0

You end up having to add up all the ingredients individually into the whole (the "pot" if you will) and then divide calories, fat, sodium, etc. by servings. It takes a while.0

Yep. Just plug it all into "My Recipes" and take it from there.0

Thank you!0
