Been addicted to this show and not gonna lie, when I start getting junk food cravings ill turn it on to remind myself of that's the road I was heading down


Anyone else a fan

    I have watched many episodes. I think twice the patient ended up dying. It's "scared straight" for obese people.

    Yes last year my sister and I watched this every day. This was mostly the older series. It was a wake up call for overeating

    I was close to 400 pounds when I started losing weight back in Feb. It was like looking into the future.

    I do the same thing. I watch that show to remind me how I don't want to be. I feel sorry for them. I was never even close to that weight, my highest weight was 220; but I see how they struggle and don't want to end up in that situation. It was hard enough to lose the 65 pounds that I lost. I know it must be really hard to lose twice that much or three times that much.

    yep i do the same thing use it as motivation and inspiration.

    you are correct . I never thought of it that way "scared straight"
