Hello!

Hello everyone I’m Alene I’m 50yrs old & after not listening to advice from doctors, family, friends after 2 difficult pregnancies (twins-gained 100lbs then a yr later had another & gained 80lbs) & 30 yrs later I’m now 290lbs., diabetic, high blood pressure, have had a mild heart attack 1 1/2 yrs ago & have fibromyalgia & back issues. It’s time to get in better shape & health & become more mobile!

    Hi Alene,

    Thank you for sharing your story. I just turned 50 myself. Have spent the past six months on WW. The only good thing that came from that was I learned that I really like tracking my food and water. It helped me be present with what I was putting in my body. I look forward to seeing your future success!
