Liking Foods a Choice?

This was an interesting read about changing your taste to enjoy healthy foods. I've found I've been able to change my mind on a lot of foods that I didn't like at first (except mushrooms...I just can't get into fungus). May be of some use for picky eaters or anyone looking to change their diet really.

I definitely agree keeping an open mind about new foods can be helpful in dieting and fun in general.
