I've been a very reluctant meditator for decades and am delighted that my favorite OmPractice yoga teacher, Reggie Hubbard, is starting a 4 week Intro to Meditation this Sunday, July 10:

As life begins to open up more, it will be tempting for us to rush back into old norms and habits rather than mindfully consider what the best path forward is.
The goal of this 4-part course is to share the tools of mindfulness practice as a foundation for this season of reengagement so people may take more agency through mindfulness of breath, body, emotions and feelings.
