I am a little over 7 years post VSG. I remember eating yogurt ALOT, Boiled eggs, protein shakes, string cheese, I used to eat those P3's for lunches.1

Chobani zero sugar Greek yogurt with a scoop of protein powder
Cottage cheese with salt and pepper
Protein sipping broth (Costco has a good one)
Chicken/tuna salad
Deli meat/salami
Non-breaded chicken wings in the air fryer0 -
