New to this group:
Height 5'1
Weight 217
Goal - be at 150 pounds in 1 Year
Goal - small - lose 30 pounds by Christmas to go on a ski trip
Goal - Gym 3x's a week
Workout with a personal trainer 2x's a week
Joined Crunch Fitness and lovve it!

    Welcome! It’s good to work out. Remember though that the vast majority of your weight loss success will come through a calorie deficit. Start tracking what you eat consistently and find ways to reduce your calorie intake. There are many articles on the main page on how to do this. Come back here frequently and ask questions, look for advice, and become a help to someone else too!
