Hi! I’m Cara. I’ve been here before and I need to come back. My weight is slowly creeping up and I want to stop it before it becomes a problem.
I’m fairly active, I like to work out and walk. But as we all know you can’t outrun your fork! I have a terrible sweet tooth.
I hope to use mfp as a tool to get back to healthier eating and portions. I’ve tried doing this alone before and with others for support and encouragement and found that alone doesn’t work. It’s easy to ignore the app when you have a bad day.
Please feel free to add me for support and encouragement. I’m uk based.
