Meal Replacement Shake suggestions?

I'm looking for a good meal replacement shake. Something that isn't low cal but has a good amount of protein (~30g) and good micro nutrients. I have been finding it difficult to make lunch everyday (ADHD) and I've tried a shake for lunch the past few days and it's really helped. But the shake powders I've been using were meant as a supplement instead of meal so they're a bit low on calories. Plus looking for something other than the typical vanilla and chocolate the stores near me carry.

I use plant-based proteins then add my own ingredients. I start with NOW pea protein, Sun Warrior Hemp protein or Sun Warrior blend. I put in some of the following, depending on my mood- avocado, chia, flax, almond butter, almond milk, cacao, cocoa powder, plant-based yogurt.
Then I use Green Vibrance. I used to put in leafy greens but prefer to eat them steamed. Occasionally I will use a frozen banana but prefer higher plant fats.1
