Hi all, I'm a newbie here, seriously needing to get back on track! I underwent a sleeve in 2017, got down to a fantastic 71 kgs, had knee surgery and since slowly returning back to old habits, I'm now finding myself stress eating and have put on 11kgs. Any tips ideas would be great

    Hi, best advice I can give you is to set realistic goals and stick to them. Unless you've been medically advised to lose weight quickly, the healthiest way, and easiest, is to settle for small, gradual losses. Even if it's only 0.5lbs a week.
