Trying Again: The Right Way This Time

Once upon a time, I lost 40 pounds in a way that I knew wasn't good. I reached my lowest weight unsustainably and couldn't go on any longer. I gained 73 pounds afterwards, now being at my highest weight ever.
I began this time around with working out consistently. I got my exercise together, but now I need my nutrition to be together to get somewhere. I feel like this time will work. It's different. I am motivated. I am happy. I trust myself. I can do it this time. I am willing to be patient and inch towards my goal.
