It’s good to be back in action. I’m a 49 year old Michigan lady battling perimenopause and 30 extra lbs I’ve gained since late 2019. I started hard workouts again 2 months ago, 4 or 5 times a week, and am ready to focus on getting my diet back in balance so I can lose the extra lbs. So glad to be here!

Great job with the workouts! Most important thing when it comes to training or eating is to be consistent. Good luck!0

Hello -I am 44 and also going through perimenopause. Looking for help keeping on track with workouts as they help improve my mood as well! I am relatively fit but have always carried a little extra weight, not even sure what my goal weight would be but I figure 10 lbs lighter would be a good start. I am usually physically active but have been having trouble getting off the couch lately!0
