What does it take to get a response from Tech Support??

I got a new phone, a new number, a new password and a new address. Since that day when I switched, My Fitness Pal won't sync with Fitbit. I've put in several help requests and there's been no response. I've done all the things - force stop, uninstall, reinstall, and all the other suggestions for both My Fitness Pal and Fitbit. Still out here being annoyed because steps on Fitbit won't sync with MFP and don't compute how calories are burned. Any information anyone is able to provide is most helpful.
