My name is Lisa! I'm 54 single mom to 3. 2 boys in college and 1 daughter in high school. I'm not not new to the weight loss industry. Have battled my weight since high school. I've been successful but can't seem to make it stick. I'm at my heaviest right now and I'm so upset with myself. I know now I need to focus on one day at a time!
