Can not login to the app anymore

Dear community,
Unfortunately I can not login anymore in the app because suddenly my credentials are not correct anymore (or so, the app is saying). I used the app with these credentials for years every day. I changed my password twice and logging onto the website goes fine, but the app keeps rejecting my credentials. It seems like a technical error, can this be acknowledged and fixed? Thanks in advance!
