2 weeks in and loving it

49 yr old female. Started seriously dieting in March - starting weight 220 lbs. Slow but steady losses but decided to hit the gym again, plus a personal trainer 2 weeks ago. Done 5 gym sessions so far and down to 196 lbs. Got about 56 lbs to go. Doing more weight machines and loving it. Also aiming for more protein as it fills me up. PT recommended MFP - I was using Fat secret previously - I log daily on both. Feeling really motivated now and find myself itching to get to the gym 🤣.
