Why has the premium cost almost doubled since last year?

I really enjoyed being Premium last year for £39.99 now it’s gone up to £69.99 a year. I can’t afford that and now I’ve got stupid ads popping up all the time so frustrating MFP sort it out please make it affordable again please!!!
