    Currently, there is not a way to include instructions when creating a recipe. We will definitely consider adding this option as a future possibility. For now, you could try either saving instructions in your Food Diary notes, or if you are online, at www.myfitnesspal.com, perhaps using the "my blog" section to save your recipes.

    We will do our best to add more options for recipe creations in the future.
