Hello!

I recently started tracking my foods and exercise on this site. I'm a little confuse, Should I, or Shouldn't I eat the calories that calories I burnt off?

MFP is designed so that you eat back the calories you burn during exercise. That is in their plan.

    I agree with this poster.
Also, masses of people on this site will recommend that you keep a healthy calorie deficit!

MFP is designed to have you eat your exercise calories. I don't like to eat my exercise calories, but at the end of the day if I'm still hungry I will eat them. I just make sure to get my minimum 1200.

I set my calories intake 1,200 and yet I didnt eat enough to reach the target, due to workout at gym an hour daily /swim for 80mins.
I did fasting, only drink water/green tea daytime. If too hungry, i stuffed myself with 2 slices of melon n drink water. Dinner will be lean meats, veggies n fruits, soups, low /no carbs.
Being at it for a week and had lose 3kgs so far.
