I started a diet guided by a nutritionist on 7/12/22, so I can lose weight and bring my high numbers down in cholesterol and high blood pressure etc.
I am following the diet and hoping to lose weight (20lbs) by December 2022.
Also she said in about 2 months my cholesterol should not be very high like it is now!
Thank You SOO PARK

Slow and steady and focusing on good, whole, nutritional balance sounds like a great plan :-)0

Good stuff! I did find that my high cholesterol and high blood pressure started to drop during weight loss, even before reaching a healthy goal weight. You sound like you're on a good track: Patience and persistence are very powerful. Keep up the good work!1
