new to the site, hello!

I am 58.5 years young, found this site/app from recommendation of a youtuber fitness guy. I quickly realized I had no idea how my nutrition was until I started inputting it for the last 5 days. Wow, super helpful information. Making great progess towards my health and fitness goals, one of which is to have peak health on my 60th birthday February 2024. I'm working out harder, more committed, and losing weight to get into the healthy range.

    Hi, there! I turned 58 in May, and I’m determined to be in peak health by my next birthday. In 2013, I lost 32 lbs on MFP, but gained it and about 30 more back. I started logging again this week, and am down about 8.5 lbs from last week.
