Hello from MN!

Hopping back on the MFP train to make sure I have a high enough calorie budget while strength training and running. Trying to lose the last of the baby weight from my third babe, but if I at least achieve body recomposition - losing fat and gaining muscle, resulting in the scale not moving as much - I'm ok with that! I'd love to be able to encourage some people here on their journey 😊
