Currently I am working out from home, no equipment at the moment. I have looked up some exercises I can do however I am have issues.
My problem. Finding ones that help with legs and core WITHOUT lying on my back at all, at any point. I have a very sensitive and painful lower back (due to a previous injury) and am no longer to put any weight and strain on my lower back.
Thing likes crunches, leg raises and just about anything that involves laying on my lower back is very painful for me.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Planks are very good for the core, and there are variation of them using one leg, etc. You can also do various types of squats and lunges or standing cross crunches. If you have a pull up bar...or anything you can hang from...you can do hanging knee raises. Seriously there are tons of exercises...try doing a search for "standing core exercises".1

Stomach vaccuums, Pallof press with a resistance band (or similar), there are many plank variations to suit most levels.
Squats, lunges, calf raises, stair climbing (choice depends on what you are trying to do for your leg muscles.....)
Back injuries are very varied but my lower back is a mess after a multitude of disc herniations and I find core exercises on a gym ball cause me no problems (and help massively with my back health). The ball supports my weight via my glutes predominantly and not my lower back1 -
I do have variations of planks, squats and lunges on the list already! I will look into the other suggestions. Thank you!1
