I Actually Got up Early This Morning to Walk

Have thought about doing so for a while - but actually DID it today. Was not a lot, but walked 1.25 miles this morning before work.

My current plan is Mon/Wed evenings and Saturday midday to do Couch 2 5K sessions. And to walk before work on Tue/Thur/Friday mornings.

I have a desk job so not much activity in my normal life unless I make the effort and plan for it.
