How do I make a correction to an entry after I've saved it?

How do I make a correction to an entry after I've saved it? I accidentally hit a 9 on fats, it should be a 6.

    Options
    Go to 'Recipes, Meals and foods' in the menu of the app. Under the tab Foods you should find your saved foods, which you can edit.

    PS on the website it's under FOOD and then My Foods.
