Im just starting out on this weight loss journey for like the millionth time..haha
Ive tried everything possible, i havent tried tracking what i eat during the day so i decided to try this.

Im 48 years old mom of 4 grown kids( 29,27,18,15) now they have their life and dont need me as much anymore its time to finally focus on me.

Anyway im looking to lose about 100 to 150lbs..if anyone wants to be friends please add me.
