Why is app out of synch with website?

Seems the app some some reason has added more food consumed which is not correct. The website, however, is showing the accurate number. (website: 682 vs. app: 1110).
How do I make app sync? I have already run it multiple times from teh app -> more -> sync, without any change.

Edit: I think it was a "quick-add" i did on the app. It is not reflected in any of the categories (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), yet is it still counted towards foods. I think this is what is causing the problem.
How do I remove this quick-add for good from the app?0 -
