Easy, low-cal crock pot ideas? Yeah, I could google this, but I want to know from people who have actually *tried* the recipes lol. Kid-friendly is a huge plus!

You can put just about anything in a slow cooker. I"m doing a pork roast, carrots, and potatoes in there right now.

This stuff is very good. Sometimes I replace the chicken with sausage, either way is delicious. It's better over rice than on a sandwich:

One of mine:

4 Chicken Breast - dump whatever seasoning you like in there(I use salt, pepper, chili flakes, cumin, chili powder, sazon, jamon)

Pico de gallo
Large jar of salsa (mild or spicy)
Large Bell pepper
Can of black beans
Can of corn

I cook on low for 6-8 hours, take the chicken out, shred it, dump it back in, and cook it another 30 minutes.

I Serve with steamed broccoli, sweet potato, and cauliflower rice. I also throw Sriracha on it after I plate.

Here are a few that my family likes, or at least 2 out of the 3 kids will eat.

Chicken Fajitas-I eat mine just in a bowl straight out of the crockpot. But everyone else puts it on a wrap and loads it with their favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, and avocados.

A Pork Shoulder Roast with a can of Sauerkraut on top cooked on low all day. Can be served with a side of baked or mashed potatoes. Or on a bun for a sandwich.
