Hi! I’m a former MFPer. I had decent success back in the day, but my relationship with tracking became really unhealthy, and I burnt out on it hard. Throw in A LOT of life, and a handful of years later, here were are.

I’m a wife, a dog mom and a cat mom. I love picking up heavy things and putting them back down, and also eating pizza. Not a super fan of cardio, but I begrudgingly do it. Probably need to be more consistent with that. I also have anxiety and panic challenges, but I have been fairly successful in working through those with supports and I manage it fairly well. Mental health in general is something I’m really passionate about.

I’ve hit the wall and I’m really unhappy with my body right now, so it’s time to tighten things up and hop back on the wagon. I’d be glad to connect with other lifters (or non-lifters) to support each other on our health travels. :smile:
