Good morning all been doing this for about a year down 130 pounds with this app and exercise trying to lose some weight seem to be stuck at 202 any help would be appreciated have a great day everyone

    Wow, that's really excellent: Congratulations!

    I think more of us might be able to offer suggestions if we knew a little bit more about you, like your current calorie goal, how long since you've lost any weight, whether you stopped losing weight suddenly vs. loss rate kind of tapered off over weeks/months, whether anything in your activity level has changed (daily life, job, exercise or other activity changes)?

    Wow. 130lb is quite an accomplishment. Go you! Especially in such a short period of time. Thoughts:

    1) That's almost 3lb/wk, which is a very fast rate of loss. For the last 20lbs, a rate of 0.5lb/week is the rule of thumb. You don't say how much more you have to lose, but it is totally normal -- and healthy -- to slow your rate of loss as you approach your goal. Is it possible that you are still losing at a steady albeit slower rate but it just SEEMS stalled compared to the past year?

    IMO this happens more frequently as you lean out. It is extremely common for me, and it usually happens over a 3 week interval (3 weeks of nothing on the scale, then 3 weeks of loss in a day or 2). Is this a possibility?

    Way to go! You have a lot to teach the rest of us.
