I’m new and need help staying on track with food and exercise:)

I am new as well. On the home page, there are two links that allow you to track food and exercise. Both require a little patience in the beginning but after learning how their ';search engine' replies, it gets easier. The food link allows you to repeat favorite foods easily. The exercise link does not capture calories burned during weight training...or at least, I have not figured out how to capture them. The cardio portion does track calories burned. Good luck0

Search in the CARDIO portion of the exercise diary for "strength training" and you will get a research based (and METS based, not such a good idea!) calorie estimate but it's pretty modest and reasonable.
Log the entire duration of your workout as rests between sets are assumed.0 -
Thank you. I stumbled upon it about twenty minutes ago and it does offer a time-based, fixed weight training counter at 263 calories per hour. It is not perfect but it is directional and sometimes that is OK. Again, thank you for your help,1
