Never giving up...

I am 44, 376ish. A few years ago I tried harder work engage in more physical activity. Unfortunately, it has been identified as a trigger to my hemiplegic migraines. So, that limits what, when and how I can do things. But I am not going to let this stop me living my life and loosing the weight I need to loose. I guess I just need to find new ways to be active. To do some sort of exercise, stretch or something daily. I am always open to meeting others, accountability partners, motivators, friends etc.

How frustrating!! I feel for you, I have an autoimmune condition which, during a flare, triggers a worsening of symptoms if I get my heart rate up or exercise. This leads to fun like going temporarily blind in one eye half way through a workout! Luckily I'm in treatment and haven't had a flare for a while.
