time for a change, at 52 and since I got out of the Marines in 1992 I put on some lbs. I really started my plan on July 4th with exercise and cutting calories ( I found this site just two days ago) and I am down 13 lbs. of my 80 lbs. goal. Once I reach 80 lbs. lost, I think I may go 12 lbs. more which would get me to my Marine Corps weight of 160 lbs. Good Luck to all!
