How do I post in the forums? - How to Post in the Forums in our Android and iOS apps
To begin posting in the forums, tap "Community" in the menu or “More” screen.

I find no community in the menu above nor a more so am at a loss in how to post a question

But, yeah, the More link is on the bottom right in the android version. Scroll down a bit to see the Community link. Pick a sub forum. Click the big plus sign, also bottom right, to start a new thread.
